At Dario Mascolo Photography, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, we typically process and ship it within 2-4 business days.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping costs will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service to initiate the return process.

2. Prepare Your Items: Ensure that the items are unused and in their original packaging.

3. Send Back: Use a trackable shipping service to return the items to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

Framing Artworks

When purchasing framed artworks, please note that the framing process requires an additional three weeks for shipment. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each piece is carefully prepared and meets our quality standards.
